Exchange & Return Policy

At Sukun Footwear, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free 7-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery.


Eligibility Criteria

  • Items must be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

  • Items showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.


What You Can Do

  • Exchange your item for a different size or style, subject to availability.

  • Return your item and receive a refund to your original method of payment.


How to Request an Exchange or Return

  1. Email us at support@sukunfootwear.com with your order ID, reason for return/exchange, and clear photos (if applicable).

  2. Once approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup or share shipping instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will:

    • Process your exchange within 2–4 business days, or

    • Initiate your refund (to your original payment method) within 7–10 business days.


Additional Notes

  • Only one exchange is allowed per order.

  • Exchange and return pickups are free for the first request.

  • Refunds exclude shipping and COD charges (if applicable).
