Items must be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving the order.

Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

Items showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.

How to Request an Exchange or Return

Email us at support@sukunfootwear.com with your order ID, reason for return/exchange, and clear photos (if applicable).

Once approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup or share shipping instructions.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will:

Process your exchange within 2–4 business days, or

Initiate your refund (to your original payment method) within 7–10 business days.
